{"id":232,"date":"2018-02-16T06:31:15","date_gmt":"2018-02-16T06:31:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/subscreasy.com\/?p=232"},"modified":"2018-04-05T13:26:44","modified_gmt":"2018-04-05T13:26:44","slug":"customer-notifications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.subscreasy.com\/blog\/customer-notifications\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Notifications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00a0new feature has been added to SubScrEASY.\u00a0You will now be able to send to your customer&#8217;s updates about their subscriptions as email notifications of changes.\u00a0With this feature, your customers will be immediately notified of events that occur throughout the subscription lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>It is now possible to send personalized email notifications to customers if the following scenarios occur:<span id=\"more-333\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your subscription has started.<\/li>\n<li>Your subscription will be renewed tomorrow.<\/li>\n<li>Your subscription has been renewed.<\/li>\n<li>Inadequate balance during the renewal<\/li>\n<li>Your subscription has been canceled.<\/li>\n<li>Your subscription is terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For example, your customer Ali Sunal will be subscribed to the &#8220;Monthly 100 minutes&#8221; package on January 1, 2018, and the package will be available on December 31, 2018.\u00a0You can send a notification to your customer.\u00a0The system will automatically calculate the variable values in the notification pattern.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-234 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/subscreasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"758\" height=\"154\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.subscreasy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/8.png 758w, https:\/\/www.subscreasy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/8-300x61.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For example, Fadil Akg\u00fcnd\u00fcz, a fizzy subscriber, has a &#8220;Weekly Download 25 Songs&#8221; subscription and cannot be charged for subscription renewal fees on the grounds that there is not enough balance on the credit card at the renewal date:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<pre><strong>Your Fadil Akg\u00fcnd\u00fcz has\r\n not renewed your \" Download 25 songs per week \" package on February 15, 2018 because there is no balance on your credit card which ends with \r\n XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1234 .\r\nYour service has been temporarily suspended.
